Grand Canyon University has a rolling admissions policy, which means students may apply throughout the year for the upcoming semester, though they are encouraged to apply as early as possible for the upcoming year.

- Submit the nonrefundable application fee (Arizona residents are $50 and non-residents are $65).
- Have your ACT or SAT scores sent directly to ASU. ACT or SAT scores are required for merit scholarship consideration and for ASU course placement.
- Applicants must request transcripts from each educational institution attended. Official transcripts must be mailed or sent electronically directly to Undergraduate Admissions by the records office of the issuing institution(s). ASU does not accept transcripts sent or carried by hand by applicants themselves or transmitted by fax. High school transcripts must show GPA and date of graduation. ASU requires an English translation of all foreign-language transcripts.
- ASU will review your application file once you have submitted all materials. To see if you have any missing items, and to view your admission status, sign in at My ASU using your ASURITE ID, which is sent to you after you apply for admission.

A complete application for a freshman or transfer student MUST include:
- Completed online or paper application.
- Official transcript(s). Transcripts are official only if sealed in an envelope by your counselor or registrar. An official high school transcript must be submitted if you are under age 22 or if otherwise required. Transfer students: Official transcripts from all colleges and universities attended, even if credit was not established, must be submitted directly from those institutions. Students whose names have changed should ensure their current name is included on all transcripts.
- Send transcript(s) to: Office of Admissions The University of Arizona at PO Box 210073, Tucson, AZ 85721-0073.
- Official test scores for freshman applicants from the SAT Reasoning Test and/or the ACT.
To submit your scores electronically, write code 4832 (SAT) or code 0096 (ACT) on the
test reservation form. Scores posted on your official high school transcript are also
acceptable.
- Application processing fee of $50 (Arizona resident) or $65 (non-Arizona resident) or an eligible fee waiver. This fee is nonrefundable and nontransferable.
